The water tap has been running for two months to prevent corona, the bill has to be calculated at Tk 23 lakh

A Japanese school official has had to pay a bill of 26,000 US dollars (about 23.35 lakh Bangladeshi rupees) for keeping a water tap running for months in the hope that a pool maintenance teacher would prevent the spread of coronavirus.

However, the teacher at the school who turned on the pool tap has not been identified yet. The teacher thought that if there was a continuous flow of water, the pool would be free of cavities. This pool tap was running continuously from the end of June last year to the beginning of September.
