Rudigar is leaving Chelsea

Rumors of Antonio Rudigar’s departure from Chelsea have been circulating in the English media for the past few days. The team’s coach Thomas Tuchel confirmed that the news was not just a rumor. The Chelsea coach said Rudigar wanted to leave Stamford Bridge next summer.

Rudigar moved to Chelsea from Roma in July 2016. The 29-year-old German defender’s contract with the Premier League team will expire on June 30 this year. Rudigar has already begun talks with another club to find a new address. In this case, the name of Spanish giant Real Madrid is being heard loudly. The list also includes the name of Manchester United.

After the 1-0 win over West Ham United in the Premier League on Sunday, Chelsea coach Tuchel spoke to Sky Sports about Rudigar’s future. He said the situation was such that Rudigar wanted to leave the club. He told me this in private. We did everything we could to keep Rudiger at bay. But we can no longer fight for it. We could at least have continued the fight without the ban, but our hands are tied. We did not take it personally, it was his decision.

He added that he is an important member of the team and will remain so until the end of the season. But losing Rudigar is frustrating. We will miss him so much. In the dressing room, he was inspiring. Everyone is afraid of someone like him. Playing 50-55 matches in the season and maintaining great quality. He has been my best defender for the last year and a half. We must now find another solution.

Rudigar was not in the match against West Ham. Whether or not his decision to leave Chelsea has had an impact is a matter of debate. Tukhel, however, said that Rudigar could not play the match due to injury. However, the defender will return to practice on Tuesday.
