Two killed in Paris police shooting

Two were shot dead by police in Paris on Sunday, the day of the French presidential election. The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a police recruiting center in the capital, Paris. News – AFP news agency.

Another was injured at the time. Voting results were being announced at the time of the shooting.

Police claimed that they fired in self-defense when a moving vehicle was approaching them.

Police have started investigation into the incident.
