Nawaz Sharif gets Pakistani passport
According to media reports, the passport was issued on April 23 and was given in the ’emergency’ category. Earlier on Tuesday, the country’s new Home Minister Rana Sanaullah said that the diplomatic passport was Nawaz Sharif’s right and would be issued soon.
After being sworn in as Shahbaz Sharif’s new cabinet member, the home minister lamented that it was “unfortunate” that the three-time prime minister had been deprived of his citizenship.
