Aaron Rodgers is on the trading block, and could very well be dealt to the Las Vegas Raiders this offseason. But that didn’t stop him from trolling Davante Adams.

Aaron Rodgers is hurting his own trade value, but when he’s eventually dealt — or if, ala Brett Favre — the Las Vegas Raiders are a potential desintation.

Rodgers and star wide receiver Davante Adams have a longstanding connection, as the duo connected for record-breaking touchdowns and yardage in Green Bay. Yet, the Packers are going in a different direction with Jordan Love at some point. If that time comes this offseason, then Rodgers will be quarterbacking a different team.

The New York Jets are very interested in Rodgers, as Joe Douglas is reportedly willing to go all-in for the future Hall of Famer’s services. Beyond the Jets, though, the Raiders make a lot of sense.

Packers: Aaron Rodgers trolls Davante Adams for Raiders connection

Davante Adams joked earlier this week that he would buy Aaron Rodgers a house in his neighborhood were he to become a Las Vegas Raider. That got Rodgers attention, who trolled his former teammate on the golf course Saturday afternoon.

The Packers asking price for Aaron Rodgers was two first-round picks when the offseason began. However, Rodgers constant flirtation with retirement has impacted his asking price. Why trade two firsts for a player who may call it quits at the end of the season?

The Packers should receive at least one first-round selection for Rodgers, but a second is asking a lot. Several draft picks — albeit Day 1 and Day 2 selections — will give Green Bay enough ammo to build around Jordan Love, and perhaps not miss a beat when it comes to consistent playoff contention.

There’s a long way to go in Rodgers trade talks, but he’s not afraid to make it know he’s taking the Raiders seriously.
