Corona infection is now under control in India as well as in other parts of the world. The work environment has become somewhat normal, but a large portion of women are gaining enough momentum to return to work. The reason is that women want flexibility in the nature of work, but companies do not have much in common. This has been clarified in a survey report of the social media LinkedIn. It has been said that women are having problems returning to work, and even many are trying to quit their jobs.

LinkedIn recently conducted the survey among 2,026 professionals. It has become clear that demanding flexibility in working conditions increases the risk of salary cuts, inequality and stifling of promotions. In this situation, many women have either quit their jobs this year or are thinking of quitting. Many are also facing difficulties in returning to work. Most of the professionals have blamed the mentality of the employers for this.

About 63 percent of the women surveyed said they would like to work on flexible terms, such as giving time to family and balancing work in the post-Corona period. 82% of women are reluctant to work with companies that do not offer these benefits. About 80 percent of women quit their jobs for the same reason or are thinking of quitting.

Ruchi Anand, head of LinkedIn in India, said companies need to change conditions if they do not want to lose talent. Many of these women have been working for a long time, they have gained experience, for that their work is worth it. In order to get their services, companies need to bring flexibility in working conditions.
